Total Turnaround Responsibility:

Such an arrangement requires the company personnel to be involved right at the planning stage and the involvement continues throughout the various phases of preparatory activities. These activities include listing of complete job scope, breakdown into steps and estimation of all requirements of manpower, tools, equipment, spares etc to execute the job directly.

Turnaround Execution:

Under this arrangement Indus only estimates manpower requirement on the basis of the scope of work developed by the client and subsequently ensures execution by providing appropriate maintenance team and other support facilities. Responsibility of complete turnaround planning, procurement of spares, tools and equipment, rests on the client.
